What to Pack?

During the day, it’s pretty hot with very strong sun. We suggest you wear shorts, flowy dresses and skirts, with a t-shirt kinda weather. Many people wear hats, and cowboy type boots, so either bring your own or wait to purchase one in Oaxaca. Also make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes as the city is very walkable to everything.

The Callejoneada is a special parade ceremony where the wedding party begins its celebrating. We suggest you wear festive attire, so either a skirt, a blazer, or somewhere in between, and add a western look to it if you want. Everyone in Oaxaca wears ponchos, hats, and/or cowboy boots, so make your outfit festive, and get creative.

Saturday we didnt plan anything to let everyone wonder the beautiful streets. We will provide a small kiddush and drinks in the hotel for those who want to hang with the family, however this is by no means mandatory. Wear whatever you want that is comfortable, and mobile for the sunny streets of Oaxaca!

Sunday is the wedding day! We will start the cocktails at 1:30 pm, to welcome our guests before the chuppah ceremony. We suggest you wear something festive, and a bit more formal than your Friday evening attire, but by no means is it black tie. Make sure to wear your comfy. heals, and no nead to squeeze into a tie gents.
